For buyers.
This Code of Ethics establishes the standards of conduct and professional practice for all agents and agencies that are members of Domu. These standards are designed to promote honesty, integrity, and transparency.
All exclusive properties must be listed on the platform before being published on any other public website or portal.
Property data must be updated on the platform within a maximum of 24 hours after any change.
The final sale price of properties must be entered once the sale is completed.
You must indicate the commission for the selling and buying agent separately. The buyer’s agent can negotiate their commission with the buyer in advance. If the commission offered by the seller is insufficient, the buyer’s agent may renegotiate their fee in the offer sent to the seller.
Requests from other members must be responded to promptly to ensure an efficient and professional process.
Properties of other members cannot be promoted on social media or other websites without the prior consent of the exclusive listing agent.
The following are the terms of use governing our platform.
Access and use of the Domu platform are free of initial and monthly costs.
You can add employees within the platform.
All members must comply with the standards established in the Code of Ethics.
A 5% fee applies to the total commission on transactions between agents from different agencies and Domu members.
